WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The Data Controller processes the following personal data for the following purposes:

Purpose: Communication with Website visitors:
Processed personal data: Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.
Legal basis: Taking action at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract or legitimate interest in carrying out activities and/or ensuring quality.
Retention period: 1 year from the date the enquiry is resolved.

Purpose: Administration of job candidates:
Processed personal data: Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, workplace, education, data contained in the CV, motivation letter and/or references.

Retention period: Data are deleted or destroyed within one month after a contract is concluded with the selected candidate, unless consent is obtained to process the data after the candidate selection has ended.

Purpose: Video surveillance to ensure the safety of persons and property and public order:
Processed personal data: Video data captured within the field of view of the cameras.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of persons and property.
Retention period: Up to 2 weeks.
We may transfer video data to law enforcement authorities upon their request.

Purpose: Video streaming for assessing slope occupancy and weather conditions:
Processed personal data: Video data captured within the field of view of the cameras.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in providing visitors with information about weather conditions, the condition of the slopes and their occupancy so that they can decide whether to go skiing.
Video data are not stored; streaming is carried out on the Website https://www.liepkalnis.lt/lt/web-kameros/.
Video cameras are installed so that visitors’ faces are not visible (or are minimally visible).

Purpose: Direct marketing:
Processed personal data: Name, surname, e-mail, telephone number.
Legal basis: Consent.
Retention period: 2 years from receipt of consent.
We may transfer personal data to the newsletter delivery solution.

Purpose: Administration of social media accounts:
Processed personal data: Unique ID, IP address, device information.
Legal basis: Consent or legitimate interest in communicating with clients.
Retention period: As long as the social network visitor is a follower of the accounts.
